Your order is shipped from global areas such as Taiwan, Mexico, Singapore, Thailand, China, India, etc. Unfortunately, our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers, but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-6 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.

How much is shipping?

We provide FREE World-Wide Shipping on all orders except on our FREE + Shipping products where we charge a flat shipping rate.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Order processing time takes 1-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1 week to 3 weeks for the United States. It depends on the product ordered as well as large promotions and sales campaigns. Most items will arrive in about 3-6 weeks though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country. Can I have a tracking number?

Where available we will provide a tracking number as part of our status update emails to you, once your order has been processed and shipped. Unfortunately, not all our global suppliers provide tracking numbers, but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.

I ordered more than 2 items, but only received one... where's my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time or some of our Bundled Product Deals, due to logistical reasons they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. Don't worry if you don't receive all your items at once…they are on the way.

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their contact email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfilment notice, and a shipping notice.

If you believe you may have entered your email wrong, please click on “Contact Us” here or contact Customer Support using the following email address support@galavantadventuresshop.com and we will fix it for you.

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

For change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let Customer Support know ASAP. Please click on “Contact Us” here or contact Customer Support using the following email address support@galavantadventuresshop.com so we can make the change. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you. Once your order has been shipped the shipping address can't be changed.

Are the "FREE" items really free?

YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the global flat shipping rate. The price of the item itself is $0.00. 

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order.
