Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for FREE + Shipping product orders are non-refundable and are based on a global flat shipping rate. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Please note that Galavant Adventures reserves the right not to ship products to certain countries. One of the main reasons for this will be shipping or delivery of products are problematic and not guaranteed by the local postal service or no alternative shipping options are available. We apologize in advance and endeavor to assist with an alternative product or shipping method which may result in an increased cost to the buyer. If you order from a country that we don’t ship to you will receive a full refund on the products ordered.

All U.S. orders are delivered via USPS.  For all other countries, the standard/government mailing system is used depending on the country.

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.

Customers should note that it is your responsibility to make sure whether the state, province or country you reside in allows the procurement and or import of the products you are buying. If you are unsure of whether your state, province or country allows these kinds of products, we recommend that you contact your local Customs Department for confirmation. We will not be responsible or liable for losses due to customs confiscation.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Galavant Adventure Shop. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 60 days from the date you received your order. For all returns and refund requests please click on “Contact Us” here or contact Customer Support using the following email address support@galavantadventuresshop.com.

On delivery, if there is any damage to the items that you ordered, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order for assistance. 

To return or exchange a product to Galavant Adventures Shop please email Customer Support. After you have sent an email to us you will receive instructions for returning your item(s). Shipping charges incurred with regards to the return or exchange of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping is NOT refundable!

All returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of the returned product. Please note that there might be a delay before the refund reflects in your bank account as these types of transactions often require processing time by your bank or credit card company before your refund is officially posted. If you have checked with your bank or credit card company and you still have not received your refund, please contact Customer Support.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

If your items have not arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund of your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries). Please note that due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates shown on the website.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Downloadable information products
  • From a hygiene point of view some health and personal care items
  • Perishable goods such as opened food items or magazines cannot be returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CDs and DVDs that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
